Submission Rules
Everything authors need to prepare an abstract or full paper, from word limits and formatting to the presentation guideline.

How to submit
- Log on to the online submission system.
- Go to Paper Management and click Submit another paper.
- Fill in all required paper information.
- Find the upload field at the end of the page. Click Browse to upload files in Microsoft Word format.
- Click Submit to finish. A paper ID will be given to you.

Citations and references follow the style set out by the American Psychological Association.
Submission format
Full research papers, work in progress reports and abstracts are welcome. The submission must meet the required format and cover the following:
- Backgrounds, research goals and objectives
- Methods
- Expected results, conclusions and contributions
- Keywords
Abstract
The abstract should summarise your presentation. Please avoid scientific or engineering symbols, acronyms and bullet points. The length should be within 800 words in two pages.
Full paper
The full paper should be within 12 pages, including references, tables, charts and keywords.
Presentation guideline
Oral presentation
Equipment provided by the conference organisers: a laptop computer running Microsoft Windows with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader, plus projectors and a screen.
Materials prepared by presenters: PowerPoint or PDF files. Each presenter has 12 minutes for the presentation and 1 to 3 minutes for questions. Please check your presentation time and room in the final conference programme, arrive at the room 10 minutes early, and load your presentation onto the laptop.
Poster presentation
The organisers provide X racks and base fabric canvases, together with tapes or binder clips. Presenters prepare a printed one piece poster with a width of 60 cm and a height of 120 cm.
