Registration

Fee categories, what each fee includes, and the steps to complete payment and download your receipt.

Please read first. The registration fee is not refundable and it includes charges for conference participation only. Arrangements and costs of visa, travel and accommodation are not the responsibility of the organisation and are borne by the individual author. The full registration fee must be received, and any transaction cost is borne by the author. Please mention the paper ID clearly on the payment invoice and email the scanned copy to the secretariat.

How to register

Both authors and listeners complete the registration payment in the member centre. Listeners should log in to the member centre and choose Audience Registration. If you are new to the conference, create an account first, then sign in through the member login.

Letter of invitation

For information on obtaining a visa to enter Japan, please visit the visa information page. An official letter of invitation is issued only after registration has been completed and the full payment has been received by the secretariat.

Receipt

A hard copy receipt is not provided by post. Please download it in the member centre by clicking Download Acceptance Letter and Receipt. If you need hard copy proof of payment, print the file and bring it to the conference registration desk for a stamp.
